This is a vintage
Peerless
shaving brush with a
red, black and green handle.
The brush measures approximately 3.75 inches tall. The bristles are a little sparse from use, and the handle has wear, especially on the base (see pictures).
Insurance is required on all shipments and will be charged with a handling fee and included in the shipping quote. Handling fee reflects Ebay’s change in policy where they now charge the seller a 10% commission on the shipping costs. Overseas customs forms will be marked with the original price and insured at that value. No exceptions
