Vintage Handmade Felt Elephant Amazing Hand Work

Here we have an amazing vintage or maybe antique felt stuffed elephant that has some of the most amazing hand sewing work we have ever seen. Note that it has been hand assembled with outside stitches and interior darts and gussets ( no machine work). The toenails are each individually made and attached to the feet. The nostrils and tongue have been inserted and then sewn in place while the leather eyes and brows have been sewn into place as well. He has some age spots on his back, but is in good age-related condition. He will melt your heart. We think he dates to the 1930's.
Measurements are 3 ½” from tail to toes and 5” tall.
