We will refund the full amount of the product price (excluding shipping) as long as the items are received in original condition within 30 days of the original order date.
Note: Customer returns for non-damaged goods that received free shipping are subject to .99 restocking fee. For any lost or damaged items, we will refund the full purchase price once proof is provided of the damage or 30 days have passed.
