I'm the original owner. Never used and kept in safe storage for 15 years. There is a smudge on the front of the cover that looks like price tag residue but cannot remember what it was. There is a small ding on the back bottom right corner of the back and front cover. There are couple light indented lines on the back that can only be seen off the reflection of the light.
