    Description

This is an absolutely wonderful 52-page black and white booklet about Project Gemini published in 1966.
My favorite section is the two-page spread of the Gemini Instrument Panel. The booklet includes sections on the space craft, space suits (many labeled photos and illustrations), the astronauts, launch vehicles, an overview of the Gemini missions, and a short section "Next - Apollo and the Moon.
It is heavily illustrated throughout with photos, drawings and illustrations.
The back cover features three color photos of Gemini in space.
The U.S. Government Printing Office number is
    1966 O-223-959
    .
The ultra modern cover design is very simple: bold black sans serif lettering on a white background with an image of the spacecraft anchored in the upper right corner (this pre-dates the Beatle's White Album by several years!). If you are a graphic artist, you'll enjoy reading this hand-in-hand with "Editing by Design" by Jan V. White (although the inside grid design is early and perhaps not as
    consistent
and clean as White would espouse).
Ships by media mail, unless first class is cheaper. See my other
    NASA publication listings.
This is a piece of space history that you will enjoy owning.
