This is a nice playing copy of the Hanna-Barbera "Real-Life" Documentary Edition of Gemini IV, Walk in Space with live audio feeds from the Gemini capsule and ground control at NASA.  The album cover is intact with nicely preserved inner bi-fold liner information.  The album plays cleanly and quietly; so it wasn't played too much.  Rated Good only because there are several visible mars on the album surface which do not effect playback.

Media Rating Descriptions
Every pre-owned album is cleaned, resleeved, played and inserted into a new outer sleeve for protection.  The albums are played on a high-end, revealing audio system (VPI Prime Scout TT w/ Grado Reference Sonata cartridge).  If I will not play in my system, I will not sell it on eBay. I typically donate 30 - 40% of the pre-owned albums I purchase to charity. All pre-owned media is played to verify no issues exist.  These are the condition categories I use to rate media.  Each is broken down by type of media.  I do not rate album covers, CD jewel cases or DVD-BD cases because the photos in the post are of the actual item for sale.

Record - A record that may have some mars and other visible defects, but playback is not affected.  This album has been played, but has plenty of life left in it.
CD / DVD-BD - A disc with a few mars or light scratches. The disc has been verified as functionally sound and playable.

Record - A record that has many mars and other visible defects.  There may be one or two scratches that are audible for a few spins of the record; but if it is more than 3 - 4, I donate the album to charity.
