Stunning Scandinavian pottery jug / pitcher from the Norwegian studio of Figgjo Flint
Featuring a colorful “folk art” type design created by Turi Gramstad Oliver during the 1960’s for her “Saga” range. Often referred to as the “Wedding Pattern”, it depicts a whimsical King and Queen around the exterior of the jug, split by areas of beautifully detailed stylized flowers. The image is applied with a hand painted silk screen, making the colors bright and ensuring the design will continue to look as pristine as when it was released for decades to come.
