    Description

Founded in 1902 with the merger of McCormick Harvesting Machine Co. and Deering Harvester Co., International Harvester Co. (IHC) Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois issued this stock certificate to an investor on June 23, 1970 for the purchase of 15 shares. Printed by the American Bank Note Co., the stock certificate has an ornate border featuring a detailed engraving of a farmer harvesting his crop of wheat with three draft horses pulling the heavy load. In 1986, the company reorganized and changed its name to Navistar. All outstanding Harvester stock was recalled for redemption, but t
his particular stock certificate was never redeemed nor cancelled, so very few if any International Harvester Stock Certificates are still extant. Please add .50 postage and handling.
