This unit offers outstanding temperature control through a tongue and groove design, providing an exceptional seal with no heat loss. The exhaust cap allows for adjustable heat control without slipping out of position - a problem common on other kamados. A 304 stainless steel hinge with lid assist makes lifting the grill hood easy as can be! Premium 12mm hexagonal grill grates also feature 304 stainless steel construction. This 20-inch grate features hinges on both sides for easy charcoal addition. This grill includes a second, 18-inch cooking grate for the versatility to cook foods closer to the fire.
