Antique Vintage Victorian Shaving Scuttle Mustache Mug Cup White Lilac Roses

Description

Offering this antique mustache or shaving mug.  It is white, perhaps ironstone, with a lovely floral design of white and purple flowers, tied with a pink ribbon.
No maker's mark.
Opening is about half covered with perforated ledge.
There are ten paneled sides with design molded in at top and bottom edges.
Measures 3-1/2 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches across, not including the handle.
This belonged to a friend of my mom's, a woman who has passed now but would be in her 90's.  This cup belonged to her grandfather who was from Germany.
Condition note: There is a circular crack in the bottom and up the side on the front about 1/4 inch.  The circular area is about the size of a quarter. It's an odd flaw, seems intact so perhaps was repaired.  It does not hold water now however.  Please see photos.
