On many items, eBay wants the year of production. This is not possible with many vintage items.  I choose a year based upon the contents of an estate or common collectible sense.
You can see all sorts of ships in the painting.  It might be that the painter used a transfer.
There is a chip on the edge that you can see in one photo. It is more visible on the inside.  You can see a bit of it above the rim.  Gold wear.
There is a mold line on the base. 3 1/2 in tall.
There is a miss line on the painting. Could have been made that way.  Wear commiserate with age.
Fascinating with all of the different boats and ships. You can see Brooklyn and New York.  I believe one side is Brooklyn.  There are tiny buildings.  I wonder if it is a 25 the year celebration that is illustrated.  Sold as is.
