2017 GIBSON LES PAUL STANDARD HIGH PERHORMANCE, BLUEBERRY BURST, EXCEPTIONAL

Description

This is a 2017 Gibson Les Paul Standard High Performance model in exceptionally fine condition.   The original blueberry burst finish has an exquisite flamed maple top and shows almost no playing wear.   There are perhaps a few smudges and fingerprints from my handling it for the photographs, but the guitar probably hasn't had more than a couple of hours of playing time.   We just acquired this guitar from the original owner who bought it mail order from Sweetwater.   We still have the original shipping box that the guitar came in.
The guitar still has its original hangtags and other case candy paperwork along with a Gibson tool wrench set.  This is a beautiful issues-free guitar.   The high performance upgrade has the neck heel joint as being sculpted into the back of the guitar, making it easier to play the high notes at the end of the fingerboard.   It also comes with its original Gibson aluminum flight case that is still
sealed
in plastic.
The guitar plays and sounds great.   Note the lack of fret wear in the close-up pic, and the string action is very low.   The guitar has buttery smooth action.  The Sweetwater receipt shows the original owner paid over ,500 plus
