    This is a 1964 Sharjah "Kennedy" 5 Rupees Silver Uncirculated Coin. This coin displays some field hits as well as a little bit of spotty toning on the obverse. According to NGC, there were only 33,000 coins minted and 18,100 were melted in 1966.
